ORDER AND DELIVERY TERMS
Product ordering, shipping costs:
Products are ordered through the online store. The online store will send an automatic order confirmation of your order.
Notice! Free emails (hotmail, yahoo, hatch, etc.) sometimes move messages directly to the spam folder, please check the folder if you have not received an order confirmation.

Shipping: XXS parcel (size 3 x 25 x 35 cm ). All orders are sent by mail to your home or post office box.
Finland: 5,90€
Other countries: Check the delivery zones here. Baltic countries: 11,90e, Zone 1 19,90e, Zone 2 22,90e, Zone 3 and Zone 4: 45,90e

We reserve the right to deviate delivery costs, e.g. In connection with promotions, exceptions will be notified in advance.

Payment for products:
In our online store, you can pay for your order with the online banking codes of several banks. We do not deliver orders with COD.
Orders are always processed in the order in which they are received and we ship them every working day. The delivery time for your order is on average 2-7 working days from the confirmation of your order. We will contact you by email about any different delivery times. Some products in the online store are manufactured according to orders, so in that case the delivery time is about 7-10 days. Slightly longer delivery time for custom products. We always strive for the fastest possible delivery.

Shipments damaged in transit:
It can sometimes happen that during mailing, the shipment is damaged. Check the condition of the parcel in the presence of postal personnel. If the shipment and products have been damaged in transit, file a damage report by post. After this, please contact us, for example by phone.

Returns policy:
Products have a legal 14-day right of return. Check your order as it arrives. The product must be unused and in its original condition and inside the original package. Please always contact us before returning for return instructions. We do not accept cash on delivery returns.

The buyer always pays the return costs himself/herself. If you want to exchange the product for another product, place a new order in the online store. We will refund the money for the first order to your account.
If you send a return by letter, always buy a plus sign (tracking mark) on the letter so that the progress of the letter can be tracked. Always email us with a plus sign tracking code. If the product is lost on the way back and the customer has not bought a plus sign on it and the package cannot be tracked, we will also not be able to refund the money for returning the product. Only after the product has been returned to us will we return the money to your account. We are not responsible for letters lost by the transport company.

Custom made products:
Custom-made products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless mutually agreed otherwise beforehand. Custom-made products refer to a product that is manufactured according to the customer's specific wishes.
If the jewellery is damaged or the custom-made product has a clear error made by us, then we will reimburse the return costs.

The prices of the products include VAT 24%. Wind and Spell reserves the right to change the price and is not responsible for any errors in material and product information.

The order must be placed by a person who is at least 18 years old. Personal and address information will not be disclosed to third parties and will not be used for advertising purposes without the customer's permission.

Jewelry repairs:
If the product is broken or faulty upon arrival, we will repair or replace it. We do not repair jewellery that is broken in use free of charge. Jewellery repairs are charged according to the valid price list.
